PoolGenX provides residential and commercial pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in Riverside and the Inland Empire area. Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed upon.
Appointments and Scheduling
By submitting your information through our website or by phone, you authorize us to contact you regarding scheduling and service updates via phone, email, or text message.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated messages from PoolGenX including appointment reminders, service notifications, and promotional offers (if you consented to marketing messages).

Payment

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope. We work on a month-to-month basis. We want you to stay with us because you love the service, not because you are stuck in a contract.
How do I get a price quote?
It’s easy. Just click "Get A Quote" or call us. We look at your pool size and location to give you a fair, flat monthly rate. No hidden fees.
Are chemicals included in the weekly price?
Yes. We bring our own professional-grade chemicals to balance your water every week. You don’t need to buy, store, or handle any dangerous chemicals yourself.
Do you repair equipment too?
Absolutely. If your pump, filter, or heater breaks, we can fix it. Since we are already at your house every week, we can usually catch small problems before they become expensive repairs.
